Nicolas has been working closely with medical operating rooms for some time, having spent 10 years organizing medical congresses prior to launching NMF. Passionate about video production in the medical field, he very quickly became aware of the fact that equipment needed to be adapted to surgical sites, and not the other way around.

Some of the qualities that describe him best : Creativity, perseverance, curiosity … all catalyzing the launch of Next Media Factory.

What makes Nicolas tick : knowing that Next Media Factory was created with the meaningful action of facilitating the transmission of medical knowledge, with innovative technology and a human-centric approach at its core.

Administrative and Financial Director

After completing a legal training program and working for 2 years in human resources, Annabelle joined the adventure just as Next Media Factory was created.

She is responsible for the administrative and financial management of the company. She's also involved in on-the-ground work such as film production and providing a comprehensive service offering to clients requiring organizational and logistical support.
Her key asset : Her efficient management and sharp customer relationship skills.

Audiovisual technician

Frédéric is the agency’s audiovisual technician. He is responsible for installing audiovisual systems in operating rooms and producing live transmissions. He is also responsible for technical support and user training.

His acute listening skills are much appreciated by both surgical and medical staff.

Communications officer

Gwendoline is NMF’s most recent team recruit, she’s the firefly shining light on all our activities. She has worked in the field of communications for almost 10 years. Today she works at NMF creating monthly newsletters, managing all social networking and suggesting new actions to the company to raise our profile amongst healthcare centres and medical congresses.
Enthusiasm and determination are surely what describe her best.

Audiovisual support

After being part of several entrepreneurial experiences, Jonathan chose to specialize in IT training. As a technical expert, he provides key support to Next Media Factory specifically during the organisation of live transmissions, in France and abroad. He also specializes in the creation of medical applications.

His patience and his instructive abilities are particularly appreciated by doctors and medical center directors.

Graphic designer and audio-visual technician

A creative at heart, Paolo produces visual identities and communication tools for Next Media Factory. He also brings valuable expertise and support to the team for video shoots in healthcare centres and operating theaters.

His adaptability and his empathy are renowned by healthcare professionals as well as the NMF team !
